Prayde is a prayer planning and tracking app for Muslims. It includes features such as:

• Prayer times
• Qibla compass
• Daily planning around Salah
• Apple Calendar integration
• Local event planning
• Prayer tracking
• Make-up plans
• Period and illness exemption tracking
• Optional Apple Health sync
• Dhikr reminders
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Themes and app icons

Prayde is designed to support your personal worship and planning. It is not a religious authority, medical service or emergency service.

Prayde calculates prayer times using selected calculation settings, location data, manual locations, offsets and other preferences.

Prayer times can vary between mosques, communities, scholars, calculation methods and local authorities.

You are responsible for choosing settings that match the method you follow.

Prayde does not replace advice from your mosque, scholar, local Islamic authority or trusted religious teacher.

Prayde's Qibla feature uses device sensors and location data where available.

Compass accuracy can be affected by:

• Device calibration
• Magnetic interference
• Nearby metal objects
• Cases or accessories
• Sensor availability
• Location accuracy

Use the Qibla compass as a helpful guide, not as a guarantee of perfect accuracy.

Prayde includes optional period and illness exemption tracking.

These features are provided for personal tracking and convenience only.

They are not medical advice.

Prayde does not diagnose, treat or monitor medical conditions.

If you have medical concerns, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have religious questions about exemptions, missed prayers or making up prayers, speak to a trusted scholar or religious authority.

Apple Health sync is optional.

If enabled, Prayde may read and/or write menstrual-flow period data through Apple Health, depending on the permissions you grant.

You are responsible for checking that any data written to Apple Health is accurate.

You can manage Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app.

If you allow Calendar access, Prayde can display and manage calendar events as part of the planning experience.

If you do not allow Calendar access, Prayde may allow you to create local events stored only inside the app.

You are responsible for checking event times, reminders and any calendar changes.

Prayde may provide prayer reminders, event reminders, Dhikr reminders and widgets.

Notifications and widgets may be delayed, limited or unavailable because of iOS settings, battery settings, Focus modes, network/device state or Apple system behaviour.

Do not rely on Prayde notifications as your only reminder for prayer or events.

Prayde is free.

There are no paid features, subscriptions or advertisements.

Optional support payments or in-app purchases are voluntary. They do not unlock extra functionality.

Payments may be handled by Apple, Stripe or another payment provider depending on where the payment is made.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

You agree not to:

• Misuse Prayde or interfere with its operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or exploit the app or website except where legally permitted
• Use Prayde in a way that violates applicable law
• Submit harmful, abusive or unlawful content through support forms or emails
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you

Prayde, including its name, branding, designs, icons, copy, interface and app experience, belongs to its owner or licensors.

You may use Prayde for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify or use Prayde's branding or assets without permission.

Prayde may interact with third-party services or platforms, including:

• Apple App Store
• Apple Health
• Apple Calendar
• Apple Location Services
• Apple Notifications
• Stripe or other payment providers
• Website hosting and support providers

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Prayde may change over time. Features may be added, removed, changed, paused or discontinued.

We aim to keep Prayde reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Prayde is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not make guarantees about:

• Absolute prayer time accuracy
• Qibla compass accuracy
• Notification delivery
• Widget refresh timing
• Calendar sync behaviour
• Health data sync behaviour
• Suitability for your specific religious, medical or personal circumstances

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prayde and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or website.

You remain responsible for how you use Prayde and for verifying information that matters to you.

Your use of Prayde is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Please read it to understand how data is handled.

You can stop using Prayde at any time by deleting the app.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website or support channels if they are misused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
